Delhi, A horrifying incident unfolded in the Madangir area involving a 28-year-old man named Dinesh Kumar, who was asleep with his four-year-old daughter. Employed at a pharmaceutical company, Dinesh seemed to have a stable life, but underlying tensions with his wife, Sadhana, had been escalating. The couple, originally from Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, had been married for eight years, but their relationship was fraught with conflict. Frequent arguments over trivial matters had become the norm, and they had been living in a rented accommodation in Madangir for several years. However, the night of October 2 changed everything.

At approximately 3:15 AM, while Dinesh and his daughter were deep in sleep, he suddenly felt a severe burning sensation on his body. Upon opening his eyes, he was horrified to find Sadhana pouring boiling oil over him! His entire body was engulfed in flames. In agony, Dinesh cried out, but Sadhana did not stop there; she sprinkled chili powder on his wounds, intensifying his suffering. She threatened him, saying, 'If you scream, I will pour more hot oil on you!' Despite the pain, Dinesh's cries were loud enough to reach the landlord.

Desperate Attempts to Help
The landlord rushed upstairs, but the door was locked from the inside. He knocked loudly, and Sadhana's voice was heard, yet the door remained shut. The landlord then called Dinesh's brother-in-law, Ram Sagar. Meanwhile, the landlord's daughter, Anjali, also woke up and informed her father that Sadhana had locked the door. Eventually, the door was opened, revealing a shocking scene: Dinesh was writhing on the floor in pain, while Sadhana was nowhere to be found. When the landlord intervened, Sadhana claimed she was taking her husband to the hospital, which relieved everyone.

Suspicion Arises
However, the story did not end there. As Sadhana carried Dinesh outside, the landlord arranged for an auto-rickshaw. But Anjali grew suspicious when she noticed that Sadhana was heading in the opposite direction of the hospital! The landlord quickly intervened, separating Sadhana and placing Dinesh alone in the auto to take him to Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital. Upon arrival, doctors assessed his condition as critical, prompting a transfer to Safdarjung Hospital for better treatment.
